How to get help

We encourage you to seek support if you feel that you need it. This support can come in various forms:

  • in the first instance reach out the Citizens UK Community Organiser who nominated you for the training. They are there to support you as you complete this training - particularly about the Practical Placement, Additional Workshops, and completing the Portfolio. It is worth speaking to them about how they can best do this. At the very least, they should meet with you regularly in the year following the residential training to mentor you through your placement;
  • if you have a question about the Portfolio Tasks or other issues relating to the course itself (and you Community Organiser can't deal with it), please contact [email protected]);

  • if you have other queries that can't be answered by any of the previous options, then please contact the Course Director [email protected].
